The juice washing filling capping machine can be used for filling different types of PET bottles. It adopts the suspending bottleneck clamping design, which improves the stability of the bottle in a high-speed moving state. It also introduces a new generation of stainless steel grab, without any contact with the upper bottle thread. There are nozzles in the grab that can guarantee the complete wash of the interior of the bottle. It also applies the advanced technology - micro negative-pressure filling method, which helps the filling quick, steady, and accurate. The juice washing filling capping machine can reach all the technical requirements for hot-filling below 95 ℃. Before the capping, the bottle mouth will be cleaned by an advanced washing device. The screw capping has a magnetic torque to adjust the power.
